In order to prevent problems, yours cancellations will be considered official upon receipt of a cancellation confirmation e-mail (fax) after receiving a cancellation request by phone or from the website.

(Telephone hours: Weekdays 9:00-20:00 / Weekends and holidays 9:00-18:00)

1 day before delivery date: until 11:59 No cancellation fee

1 day before delivery date: after 12:00 p.m. A cancellation fee of 100% of the order amount will be charged.

*Both deadlines and cancellation rules exclude regular holidays (Wed).

*Please note that the rule above applies not only to order cancellations but also to reductions in the number of servings.

*Orders of 50 or more servings have different deadlines and cancellation policies.

*For products that have a deadline indicated in the product name, both the change deadline and cancellation policy will be in accordance with that deadline.
