Okara konnyaku (soy pulp konjac) is a very healthy and fiber-rich food. The veggie pork culet is made from okara konnyaku and is coated with an aromatic Taiwanese batter and deep-fried to a crisp. Please enjoy it with Rakuzen’s special sauce. Vegan and vegetarian can eat with no worries!
